The Commission is seeking to engage a suitably qualified Incident Manager.
This role will be responsible for managing the lifecycle of ICT incidents (including major incidents) within the Commission, after major releases of the Commission’s Data and Regulatory Transformation (DART) program. The role could extend into managing the wider IT Service Management (ITSM) processes.
The Commission currently has a small established IT or BAU team. This role will lead incident management efforts during the program phase and progressively support handover to future BAU operations.
