Lumley/Graham Range Goldsborough 4G and RTU Upgrade 600033 SCADA

⁠⁠⁠Cairns Regional Council (CRC) is seeking to engage a suitably experienced and qualified Automation/ Controls Systems Contractor with advanced Electrical & Communications capabilities, proven Data network competence and RTU system understanding to undertake 4G Device Installation, configuration, commissioning and testing at numerous sites throughout the Cairns locality as described in more detail in Part 5 – Scope

Enquiries: Tender enquiries, questions or clarifications should be directed via the online forum. Cairns Regional Council officers are unable to respond to verbal enquiries in relation to the tender. The forum will close three days prior to the closing time and date. Please ensure that all questions, information requests and clarifications are posted prior to this time.

Lodgement of Submissions: Completed responses must be lodged by uploading the submission to the tendering portal, using the response forms within the tender documentation.

We strongly recommend that you begin uploading your tender submission files at least two (2) hours BEFORE the tender closing time.

Closing Time and Date: The tender closes at 4:30 PM, Friday 19thJune 2026. Submissions must be fully received by this time. Late, verbal or emailed tenders may not be accepted and will be subject to Councils sole discretion.

Submissions will not be opened publicly. The lowest or any tender may not necessarily be accepted.

Council reserve the right to change the specifications prior to making a decision on the submissions received in response to this invitation. Council may invite all Respondents to change their submission to take into account any change in the tender specifications.

Tenders are to remain valid for a period of 120 days from the Closing Time.
