Tender Description
This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
Project Managers plan and manage the delivery of projects.
The Specified Personnel will be responsible for providing the following deliverables including but not limited to:
- Leading and facilitating the planning and implementation of project deliverables.
- Managing the allocation of project resources to execute deliverables as required.
- Monitoring and reporting on project progress and identify and escalate risks and issues where required to ensure project transparency.
- Managing project governance in alignment with overall Program
- Liaising with Stakeholders (IT, Business areas, Vendors) to coordinate the change and release work program.
Specified Personnel will be expected to transfer skills and knowledge to departmental staff and ensure appropriate documentation is stored in accordance with the Department’s recordkeeping policy and practices.
The Specified Personnel will be responsible for producing the following deliverables, including but not limited to:
- Creating project management artefacts
- Creating complete and accurate records in accordance with the Recordkeeping Practice Statement and Instruction and Guidelines.
- Creating and maintaining Change documentation and records, ensuring that documentation of supported components is available and in an appropriate format for those providing support.
- Assisting in maintaining system support processes, and check that all requests for support or ICT change are dealt with according to agreed procedures.
- Assisting in directing the investigation and resolution of problems and issues
- Using application management software and tools to collect agreed performance statistics, and investigate and diagnose problems, working with users, other staff and suppliers as appropriate.
