Tender Description
This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The Fair Work Commission (Commission) seeks to engage a service provider to design and produce an online learning course and accompanying materials on the topic of workplace bullying.
The key deliverable for this project will be a custom self-paced online course. It may be accompanied by practical guides, templates or other supplementary resources.
The online course must:
- leverage a range of immersive multimedia technology (including video).
- use scenario-based learning activities to facilitate understanding and skill development.
- promote trauma-informed approaches.
- take the average learner approximately 20 minutes to complete.
- have a similar look and feel to the Commissions’ existing suite of online courses, in particulate the Workplace Sexual Harassment Course
- meet technical requirements as specified and be capable of deployment to our public facing Online Learning Portal.
The course is intended to supplement our Bullying website content, and replace/ improve upon existing video resources including:
- What is workplace bullying?
- How to deal with workplace bullying
- The Fair Work Commission's role in stopping bullying
