Requirements
The RFQ seeks a suitably qualified supplier to provide Level 2 and Level 3 Cloud and Productivity Platforms Support Services to the Digital Transformation Agency (DTA).
The services are intended to supplement internal capability and support the operation, maintenance, and uplift of DTA’s Microsoft cloud and productivity environments, including Microsoft 365, Azure, data, security, automation, and emerging AI services. The supplier will provide specialist resources on a part-time basis and work collaboratively with DTA’s Business Services Team to deliver operational support, continuous improvement, and advisory services in accordance with government security and compliance requirements.
