Tender Description
A general outline of the work to be carried out under the Contract comprises the removal and replacement of roof sheeting to an existing equipment store facility, including the supply and installation of new roof sheeting, sisalation, and industrial fans to enhance internal airflow and environmental performance.
The contractor will be responsible for all associated labour, materials, access equipment, and disposal of existing roofing in accordance with applicable safety, environmental, and building standards. All works must comply with relevant Australian Standards and departmental requirements, ensuring a weatherproof, durable, and fit for purpose outcome. The project is expected to commence in early June 2026 and be completed by the end of June 2026.
