Pavement Rehabilitation Package - Barry Road and Kaihere Road

⁠⁠⁠This contract is for the completion of three Pavement Rehabilitation sites on the following roads in the Hauraki District:

Separable Portion 1: Barry Road - 945m between RP015m and 847m and includes Golden Valley Road RP8084m and 8197m

Separable Portion 2: Kaihere Road – 283m between RP237 and RP520m

Separable Portion 3: Kaihere Road – 427m between RP520m to RP947m

Hauraki District Council requires a suitably experienced roading construction contractor to carry out the upgrades.

The contract works include but are not limited to:

• Earthworks

• Drainage works

• Pavement works including stabilisation

• Concrete works

• Pavement and surfacing

• Pavement road marking and installation of signage, EMPs and RRPMs

• Temporary Traffic Management with the New Zealand Guide for Temporary Traffic Management

The form of contract to be used is NZS3910:2023 with amendments.
