Project Summary
The Victorian School Building Authority is intending to release a Request for Tender in June 2026 for the construction only of a Covered Outdoor Learning Area (COLA) over two existing sports courts located at Gleneagles Secondary College at 58 Reema Blvd, Endeavour Hills 3802 .
The project will require the addition a Covered outdoor learning area over two existing sports courts, new grandstand and minor landscaping works.
You must email your company details through to vsba.project.delivery@education.vic.gov.au to be considered for tendering.
The email subject heading should be clearly marked ATN-SF24/25-8869-GSC for Victorian School Building Authority.
All respondents will need to have a current CSR Registration under the category New Commercial Construction Prequalification level amount no less than $ 1,500,000.
A separate Request for Tender (RFT) will be issued. It is expected that approximately four tenderers will be invited. The VSBA will decide on which firms are to be invited to submit a tender, based on the firm’s experience, capability, and capacity to undertake the work in the required timeframe, and past performance.
