The Purpose of this document is to outline the requirements when completing a refurbishment on behalf of the Department of Housing and Works. The KASH Property Scope will outline the requirements when completing a full or partial refurbishment.
This written scope has been developed to allow contractors to quote on the work required to deliver the desired level of refurbishment at the property. It is the contractor’s responsibility to attend site and ensure allowances are made for all work associated with delivering the desired level of refurbishment as per the scope.
