Tender Description
The City of Greater Geraldton invites tenders from suitably experienced and resourced contractors for the cleaning of City Buildings. For tender evaluation and award purposes, buildings are treated as separable portions.
The Principal welcomes submissions from cleaning contractors of all sizes and strongly encourages both small and large providers to tender for the separable portion(s) that best align with their capabilities, experience and capacity. The contract/s will be in force for three years with an optional two year extension.
