⁠⁠⁠The Health Business System Branch works with a diverse range of business partners to deliver secure, reliable and sustainable enterprise systems with a focus on digital transformation and supporting effective policy and program delivery.

The Branch partners with the Health Financing Group, Health Product Regulation Group to deliver a significant digital transformation across the regulatory and subsidisation lifecycle. In addition to the large transformation program, the Branch provides operational support for all TGA systems, PBS monthly schedule production, and all D365 and Microsoft CRM applications.

The Dynamics 365 CRM Software engineer will be responsible to design, build and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) and Power Platform solutions that meet business requirements and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and delivery standards. They will contribute to design decisions, enforcing development standards, and actively participate in peer code reviews to ensure solution quality, performance and security.

The Software engineer will work with business stakeholders to understand the operational context and translate needs into high quality technical solutions which are fit for purpose.

The position requires strong communication skills to engage effectively with both technical and non technical stakeholders, the ability to work independently while providing technical guidance within the delivery team, and a strong attention to detail with a commitment to high quality outcomes. The role also requires the ability to manage competing priorities across development, support and enhancement activities in a fast paced, enterprise delivery environment while contributing to continuous improvement and technical uplift.
