Tender Description
Melbourne Polytechnic is seeking submissions from qualified suppliers to provide preventative and responsive Fire Services Maintenance across its campuses.
To support efficient service delivery and operational management, the works have been grouped into two (2) service packages:
• Package A – Preston, Collingwood, Fairfield, Northern Lodge and Ararat campuses
• Package B – Prahran, Heidelberg, Greensborough and Epping campuses
Suppliers may submit a response for one or both packages.

A briefing session will be held at 77 St Georges Road, Preston, Victoria, Australia, 3072 on 12 May 2026 09:00 am.
Notes: Starting Location: Preston Campus Building E Room, Level 3, Room PE316A Maximum of 2 people per supplier. Please RSVP to jennybarrass@mp.edu.au by 5pm 8/05/2026Locations and Itinerary: Preston Campus 9:00am to 11:00am. Includes the briefing session. Heidelberg Campus (Bell Street and Waterdale Road, Heidelberg) 11:15am to 12:30pm
Attendance at the briefing is a pre-requisite to submission and consideration of a bid.
