Tender Description
Port Waratah is seeking responses from compentent companies for the supply of a broad variety of facility maintenance services across both Kooragang and Carrington Coal locations.

Any tender enquiries in the first instance shall be directed via the online forum.
Requirements (MANDATORY Site Inspection)
1. Within five (5) days of receiving this tender please advise by email (victoria.tringham@pwcs.com.au) of your intention to participate in the tender. The dates allocated to site inspections are in the Tender booklet. Please complete all schedules within the Tender Package and provide pricing for the entire scope.
2. Please advise the name and contact number of each attendee to the email nominated in the Tender booklet. PPE of long pants, long-sleeve shirt, safety glasses, hard hat and hearing protection is required.
Submissions
Completed responses must be submitted via the electronic tender box. Respondents will receive a successful Submission Receipt which will be timed and dated upon completion. Please ensure you complete and sign all Tender Schedules and review the enclosed draft Contract as part of your submission.

Port Waratah is not bound to accept the lowest priced Tender or all or any part of a Tender and reserves the right to conduct the Request for Tender process and select the successful respondent(s) as it sees fit. Port Waratah's staff are unable to respond to verbal enquiries concerning the proposal. Late, verbal, or emailed proposals will not be accepted.
