The City of Bayswater (“the Principal”) is a WA local government located approximately eight kilometres north-east of the Perth CBD. It includes the suburbs of Bayswater, Bedford, Embleton, Morley, Noranda, Maylands and parts of Mount Lawley and Dianella.
The Principal is seeking responses from suitably experienced and qualified Consultants for the development of a sustainable fleet transition plan (“the Services”). The Services will also include an assessment of infrastructure requirements, zero emissions technologies and scenario planning to guide the Principal's shift to hybrid and electric vehicle and plant. Additionally, the Services shall include guidance on internal policy updates and employee education within the Scope for the Consultant to support organisational adoption of the transition.
