This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The Product Manager is responsible for the fit for purpose design of the product for the AEC. This needs to take into account the proposed capability uplifts, relevant industry best practice, vendor guided best practice and importantly the impact on the users. The Product Manager is responsible for facilitating the right AEC stakeholders to be involved in the design with the vendor and to ensure the future change requirements are called out succinctly and agreed to by the AEC.
The Product Manager will work with the Project Manager as required to support the individual business areas requirements of the product and ensure it is a viable solution for implementation. The core design of the foundational solution is pivotal when designing for business rollout and considering unique requirements. This role will manage the consistency and quality of products aligning to program standards.
The Product Manager will need to work constructively with the Project Manager to ensure the solution design supports the successful delivery of the Project as per the stipulated scope. It is expected that these two roles will have design discussions to support the creation of the schedule, resource usage and confirmation of product design aligned with scope.
