Tender Description
AGL Energy is seeking suitably qualified suppliers to provide site cleaning services for the Liddell Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) facility as part of operational readiness and ongoing operations.
The scope includes, but is not limited to:
- General internal cleaning of site offices, amenities, meeting rooms and common areas
- Cleaning of kitchens, bathrooms and hygiene touchpoints
- Waste removal from internal bins and replenishment of consumables where required
- Ad hoc cleaning support for inspections, audits or operational events
Indicative service frequency is two (2) services per week, with final schedules to be confirmed during mobilisation.
Suppliers must demonstrate experience working in operational energy or industrial environments and comply with AGL site safety, induction and access requirements.
