OneConnect PnR – Revenue transitioning to Business as Usual

⁠⁠⁠The Town of Port Hedland has implemented the OneConnect enterprise system to support core corporate and operational functions. As part of the implementation, several bespoke Revenue modules were developed, including the Electoral Module and associated modules.

Following completion of the implementation phase, targeted support is required to finalise remaining deliverables, verify completion against agreed requirements, and ensure an orderly transition from the project environment to Business as Usual (BAU). This RFQ seeks specialist consulting services to support this finalisation and handover phase.
