Council Chambers AV System upgrade

⁠⁠⁠The Town of Gawler (the Council) invites quotes from Respondents for the provision of a comprehensive network AV system replacement for the Gawler Civic Centre Council Chambers, Seating Gallery and Institute Hall.

Quotes will need to provide for (at a minimum) the supply, installation, and configuration of equipment to deliver comprehensive, integrated control and distribution of audio, video, and device automation to meet operational requirements. The specifications are detailed further in the Request for Quote documents.

A mandatory site briefing will be held on Wednesday 6th May at 11.00am, quotes will not be accepted if a company representative has not attended the briefing. Please complete the response schedules as part of your submission.
