Aquatic Filtration Schedule & Reactive Maintenance

⁠⁠⁠Yarra Ranges Shire Council (ABN 21 973 226 012), here forth referred to as the ‘Council’, invites tenders from suitably experienced and resourced parties for the Provision of CT7952 Aquatic Filtration Schedule & Reactive Maintenance Services (‘the Services’).

The Contract will be for an initial period of three (3) years with Council having the solo option to extend the Contract by an additional three (3) years.

Submissions are sought from tenderers suitably experienced in the management and provision of the Services as outlined in the specification.

Council invites quotes for the following service schedules. Tenderers may elect to quote for one, two, or all three schedules.

Option 1

3 x Splash Parks

Daily Testing & Weekly Maintenance

Option 2

3 x Splash Parks

Start-up, Winterisation & Monthly Servicing

Option 3

1 x Outdoor Pool

Start-up, Winterisation & Monthly Servicing

Council may, at its discretion, award one, several or all service components to a single tenderer or to multiple tenderers, in whatever manner is considered to represent best value for money to Council.

Optional Site Visits

Site visits will be made available to tenderers upon request.

Any tenderer seeking a site visit must register their interest via the eTenderBox communications tab.

Council may arrange a suitable date and time and provide confirmation to all tenderers who registered interest in a site visit.

Site visits may be undertaken individually or in groups at Councils discretion. All questions which require further clarification during and post site visits, must be submitted via the eTenderBox for response and all questions and answers will be distributed via an addendum.

Tender submissions must be received by TENDER CLOSING DATE or as otherwise changed by addenda.

Tender submissions received late or by any other means than via the e-tendering portal will not be accepted unless agreed to in writing (via email or letter) by Council’s Procurement Services prior to the tender closing time as per the Conditions of Tender document enclosed.
