RFQ DTA - 2142 Enterprise Infrastructure Program FY26 - Cisco UCS B-Series and X-Series Full Firmware Refresh Services

⁠⁠⁠City of Melbourne (CoM) invites quotations from suitably qualified and experienced suppliers for the provision of Cisco UCS firmware refresh services covering 17 servers across two Cisco UCS platforms — the B200 M5 blade server and the X210c M7 modular compute node, including all components directly supporting the Cisco UCS platform. All B200 and X210c blades are running VMware ESXi 8 as the hypervisor. The supplier will perform due diligence to ensure all relevant components of the UCS platform are audited and considered for this firmware upgrade works before the quotation phase is complete.

The engagement is a fixed-scope, time-boxed professional services engagement structured across four phases: Discovery and Assessment, Pre-Upgrade Preparation, Firmware Upgrade Execution, and Post-Upgrade Validation and Handover.

This RFQ is issued in accordance with the City of Melbourne Procurement Policy (July 2024) and is conducted via the COMBUY procurement and contract management system.
