Program Managers coordinate the delivery of multiple related projects and other change activities, which may include business-as-usual activities.
Provision of Solution Manager-style strategic procurement and commercial advisory services on a time and materials basis. The role partners with Digital Services to define outcomes, shape delivery and sourcing approaches, strengthen commercial capability, and advise senior decision-makers to achieve value-for-money results and compliance with the Commonwealth Procurement Rules.
Provision of specialist leadership across the end-to-end procurement and commercial lifecycle for digital initiatives—bringing a solution focus to investment choices, risk and governance, market engagement, and continuous improvement for complex, high-value/high-risk engagements.
