Building Maintenance Standing Offer Panel

⁠⁠⁠The City of Tea Tree Gully invites tenders for the provision of establishing a Building Maintenance Standing Offer panel.

Council utilises qualified contractors to undertake building maintenance on Council owned premises and land.

Council wishes to establish a panel of preferred Contractors to undertake building maintenance on Council owned premises, as detailed in the scope document.

The objective of this Panel is to ensure that:

• Council facilities are safe and maintained to a high standard.
• Council has a streamlined process for engaging contractors to deliver works and services, whilst still achieving value for money results.
• Council is able to undertake works in an efficient manner whilst ensuring all contracted providers have the appropriate understanding of WHS obligations, licenses, insurances, skills, capacity and capability to undertake work required and in accordance with Council’s requirements.

To achieve these outcomes, the panel will include a select number of contractors to enhance business efficiency and enable Council to form meaningful business relationships
