Porepunkah Local Area Traffic Management Plan

⁠⁠⁠The purpose of this project is to develop a Local Area Traffic Management Plan (LATM) for Porepunkah that identifies, prioritises, and supports the delivery of safety and connectivity improvements across the township’s transport network.

The LATM will provide a coordinated, evidence-based framework to address identified safety risks and infrastructure gaps, with a particular focus on improving outcomes for vulnerable road users, including pedestrians and cyclists. It will build on existing strategic work and translate these findings into implementable, place-based solutions.

The LATM must be prepared in accordance with the Austroads Guide to Traffic Management – Part 8: Local Street Management and align with the Victorian Government’s Movement and Place Framework.

5. Risk assessment

6. Concept Development & Options Analysis

7. Draft LATM Report

8. Community Engagement (Draft Plan)

9. Final LATM
