This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
This procurement is intended to address a capability and capacity gap in the agency’s ability to independently assess and design for agentic AI. The agency requires a Seller to provide expert, vendor-agnostic analysis of available approaches and to test feasibility and implications for the agency’s environment.
The Seller will also support the agency to uplift internal capability through practical guidance, training and reusable resources, and ensure recommendations align with agency and whole-of-government frameworks (including for system design, risk assessment, assurance and implementation planning).
The ideal end state is that the agency has a clear, evidence based and defensible position on where agentic AI could be used, an agreed readiness and gap assessment, and a roadmap and capability model that enables the agency to make informed investment and governance decisions and progress priority use cases in a controlled, responsible and repeatable way.
