About the Project
The Department of Health, Disability and Ageing (the department) is seeking data specialist services to deliver on current Support at Home (SaH), Single Assessment System (SAS) and the Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) reporting objectives. Duties may include, but are not limited to, the maintenance and evolution of an existing reporting suite, extraction of information from the Ageing and Aged Care Data Warehouse, remediation of any extraction issues, and developing bespoke and ongoing reporting for both internal and external stakeholders. Professional advice on reporting best practices is also highly desirable.Purpose
The SaH, SAS and CHSP Data teams within the Access and Home Support Division (AHSD) require data specialist resources to provide ongoing support with the maintenance of the current performance tracking and reporting operations, for the SaH, CHSP and assessment, including contributing to the new Aged Care Act 2024 wait times report. Furthermore, the implementation of SaH on 1 November 2025 has required the ongoing development of new reporting tools using new data sets.
Context
In view of the ongoing need for timely, high‐quality data on the SaH program, SAS, CHSP, ongoing support from data specialists is essential to ensure that outcomes are being met to a high standard.
