Property Works and Services Roof Renewal Programme 25/26 Financial Year

⁠⁠⁠Fraser Coast Regional Council is inviting offers from suitably qualified and experienced Tenderers for Contract CTOS036 – 25/26 - Property Works and Services Roof Renewal Programme.

This invitation to Tender has three separable portions which is facility based being:

• Separable Portion 1 the roof renewal of the Maryborough Showgrounds and Equestrian Park (Arena and S Stables roofs); and

• Separable Portion 2 the roof renewal of the Hervey Bay Airport.

• Separable Portion 3 the roof renewal at Moreton Street Depot (workshop building).

The Principal may only award any portion depending on funding availability. Provide a discount if awarded two (2) or all three (3) separable portions in one process.

The Principal may award part or whole of the contract to a single Tenderer or to a panel of Tenderers.

MANDATORY SITE INSPECTION

A Site Inspection is Mandatory for this tender. The details are outlined below:

Date: Tuesday 28 April 2026

Time: 10:30am at Hervey Bay Airport then progress to Maryborough (MSEP) and Moreton Street.

Location: Hervey Bay Airport - Don Adams Drive, Urangan QLD 4655; MSEP - 23349 Bruce Highway, Maryborough West QLD 4650; Moreton Street Depot - 47-51 Moreton Street, Maryborough QLD 4650

Other Details (incl. Dress Code / PPE): Airport Roof access requires suitable footwear, Hi-Viz Vest. Fall restraint harness also required should there b a requirement to go within 2m of the roof edge. Other sites are only able to be inspected from ground level.

Note: Inspection at Hervey Bay Airport will require Tenderers to bring Driver's Licence or Passport to sign in and receive a visitors pass.
