Tender Details
Tender Description
This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The Bureau’s Finance Department is responsible for delivering accurate, timely, and meaningful financial information to internal decision‑makers. Over time, several core processes have become less efficient, inconsistent, or overly manual due to system constraints, legacy practices, and resourcing pressures.
The Bureau currently operates on an older version of SAP, with a full upgrade scheduled to commence in FY 26/27. To ensure the upgrade is successful and does not migrate existing issues into a new system, it is essential that Finance processes are documented, stabilised, and improved ahead of the transition.
The Bureau is seeking an experienced and specialised Finance Process Architect to assist the Finance Team in assessing, prioritising, and redesigning key financial processes. This engagement will provide additional capacity to stabilise foundational processes, improve efficiency, and prepare the organisation for the upcoming SAP upgrade.
The successful candidate will work collaboratively with Finance staff to document, analyse, and improve end‑to‑end processes, with early focus on the procure to pay cycle including purchase orders/requisitions, accounts payable, accruals, internal controls, workflows, monthly reporting, inventory management and SAP workflow dependencies.
