1 Product Manager

⁠⁠⁠The Digital Transformation Agency (DTA) is seeking an experienced Product Manager (Senior - EL1 equivalent) to lead the design, development, and delivery of Digital Marketplace 2.0 – Module 3 (Software and Cloud). The specialist will drive the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for Module 3, ensuring the solution provides a streamlined, user centred and compliant procurement pathway for software and cloud products. ‑centred and compliant procurement pathway for software and cloud products.

The specialist must have demonstrated experience delivering complex digital products or services, ideally within government or highly regulated environments. Experience in software and cloud procurement, marketplace platforms, or multimodule service ecosystems is highly desirable.

Candidates must be able to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams including user researchers, designers, developers, legal advisers, procurement SMEs and senior executives, and be comfortable driving product delivery through multidisciplinary teams in an agile environment, ensuring teams have a clear, prioritised backlog and are enabled to deliver. ‑module service ecosystems is highly desirable.
