Overview
Services Australia is seeking a minimum of one Program Manager to support its SA ERP transition program. The Buyer requires an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead the risk portfolio for this program of work.
About
Program Managers coordinate the delivery of multiple related projects and other change activities, which may include business-as-usual activities.
The Role
The Senior Program Manager will support the key deliverables of this program of work, which include:
- Confirming the recommended future ERP solution and delivery approach based on findings from proof-of-concept analysis
- Developing Current and Future State Business Process Models, High-Level Business Needs and Detailed Business Requirements for Core HR (including Payroll), Performance and Goals, Travel and Expense Management, Procurement, ERP Edge Capabilities and Finance modules
- Confirming the target hosting model aligned to the agency's architecture and cloud direction
- Creating a development plan, in collaboration with the agency, that documents skills relevant to the engagement that will be transferred to agency staff
The development plan must be created in collaboration with the agency and should include, but not be limited to:
- Identified skills
- Methods of transfer
- Strategies to retain this skillset within the agency
