Tender Description
Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Housing and Works (DHW) and Department of Training and Workforce Development (DTWD) are seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake Fire Systems Upgrade at North Metropolitan TAFE Midland at Lloyd St & Eddie Barron Dr, Perth Western Australia 6056.
The Work includes but is not limited to the design, supply, delivery to site, storing and installation, testing commissioning and maintenance of the new Fire Services system as detailed in PROMSA26055 - Annexure 1 – Scope & Specifications.
Site Visit
A site visit will be held at Lloyd St & Eddie Barron Dr, MIdland on 23 April 2026 10:00 AM.
A mandatory site briefing will be held at North Metropolitan TAFE Midland. The location of the briefing will be Lloyd St & Eddie Barron Dr, Midland Western Australia 6056.

Bidders to be advised that safety boots and safety glasses are required to enter the workshops for the Site briefing.
