Quilpie Sport & Recreation Extension Project

⁠⁠⁠The complete project description, scope of work, specific site and project requirements shall be as briefly detailed in the Annexure to the Conditions of Tendering and as fully defined in the Technical Specification and Drawings for this Contract.

Construct two extension buildings in addition to the existing Quilpie Sport and Recreation Centre, in accordance with the design drawings, specifications, schedules and any addenda or directions issued under the Contract. The design drawings take precedent over the specification.

• Extension 1: 20m x 15.4m enclosed building attached to the existing building

• Extension 2: 40m x 25m multi-purpose court
