The Procurement Division at the Department of Finance are looking for an experienced Business Analyst who can help us better understand our current stakeholder engagement processes and determine the business requirements needed for a Division-wide Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool.
The role is based in Canberra and will involve significant collaboration with various teams across the Division to capture existing practices and identify business improvements essential for a successful CRM implementation. The selected individual will work closely with the Director leading the project, producing comprehensive artifacts that will inform key decisions regarding the project’s direction.
