Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠The City of Belmont (“Principal”) is seeking suitably qualified and experienced contractor(s) to undertake the provision of mechanical services maintenance at the City of Belmont’s Civic Centre, Belmont Hub, Glass House and Belmont Oasis Leisure Centre as detailed in the specifications and in accordance with the maintenance schedules included in Appendices 1, 2, 3 and 4.

The contract period is for Three (3) years commencing 1 August 2026 with the option of Two Single Year (1+1) year extensions at the sole discretion of the Principal.
