Tenders are invited for T26024 Project Manager, Rural Road Works.
Purpose and Case for Action
This tender appoints a Project Manager (PM) to plan, procure, deliver, and acquit a multi‑year program of rural road maintenance/renewal in the Kalgoorlie–Boulder region and the Tjuntjuntjarra access road (including Tjuntjuntjarra Road, Connie Sue Highway section, and Cutline Road to Tjuntjuntjarra Community) in Menzies Shire. The PM is accountable for compliance with DRFAWA and other grant funding requirements (scope eligibility, evidence, claims, acquittal, and audits) so the City can be reimbursed for eligible expenditure following the proclaimed disaster(s). DRFAWA is WA’s implementation of the national DRFA 2018 and is administered by DFES; assistance is activated by events and reimburses eligible recovery costs based on evidence and rules.

Tenders must be received no later than 2:00PM WST on 12 May 2026.

Tenders may also be lodged at the City Tender Box located in the reception area at the City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder Administration Offices, 577 Hannan Street, Kalgoorlie or sent by post to The Tender Box, City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder, P O Box 2042, Boulder WA 6432. Tenders submitted via the City Tender Box should be placed in a sealed envelope and marked with the RFT title and number. Tenders sent by fax or electronic mail will not be accepted.
The canvassing of Elected Members or City Officers will result in disqualification.
