Event Management Services for Pre-COP meetings in Fiji

⁠⁠⁠The Department is seeking to engage a suitably experienced and qualified event management services Contractor to provide strategic planning, operational management, and integrated event delivery services for Pre COP.

The Contractor will ensure that Pre COP is planned and delivered as a fully integrated, high performing event that meets international standards, operational requirements, and the expectations of the Customer and its Pacific partners.

The Contractor will act as the central coordinating body across all functional areas of Pre COP, responsible for designing, developing, and executing event delivery frameworks from planning to delivery of the events.
