Tender Description
The City of Kingston is seeking tenders from suitably qualified contractors to carry out the civil construction works package for the Jack Grut Reserve Aquatics Precinct Renewal Project.
Jack Grut Reserve is located at 60-68 Governor Road, Mordialloc, Victoria 3195
The scope of works for this contract include the following:
- All ground/earthworks to support renewal as per the supplied documentation (refer appendices)
- Construction of all drainage infrastructure, including swales, retention swales, stormwater drains and pits
- Demolition existing shared user path, construct new shared user path as per supplied documentation (refer appendices)
- Construction of elevated walkway and landings
Council invites suitably qualified companies to download the Request for Tender (RFT) documentation and submit a tender for the above mentioned contract.
Tender submissions must be lodged prior to the nominated tender closing date and time. Late submissions will not be accepted under any circumstances.
All tender clarification questions must be submitted no later than four (4) days prior to the tender closing date.
