Swan Hill Integrated GovHub – Initial Needs and Options Assessment

⁠⁠⁠Swan Hill Rural City Council is undertaking an Initial Needs and Options Assessment to investigate the feasibility of developing an Integrated GovHub within Swan Hill. The purpose of a GovHub is to consolidate a range of government and community-facing services into a single, modern, fit for purpose facility that improves service accessibility, operational efficiency, and long-term asset sustainability.

The proposed GovHub aims to explore opportunities to:

•  Co locate Council services to improve customer experience and streamline service delivery
•  Provide a contemporary workplace that supports flexible working, collaboration, and staff wellbeing
•  Accommodate future growth in staff, services and digital delivery capability
•  Explore potential partnerships with State and Federal Government agencies to achieve shared benefits
