Turf Management & Ancillary Services

⁠⁠⁠Council invites submissions from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for the delivery of one, multiple, or all of the following Works Maintenance Programs, with contracts awarded per program at Council’s discretion.

Council will also, at its sole discretion, establish a panel arrangement for additional works outside the scope of the listed Programs, where such an arrangement is considered beneficial to support operational needs or future project requirements.

• Spring Renovation Program

• Turf Health and Nutrition Program

• Seasonal Changeover Program

• Sport Field Mowing Program

This Specification outlines the provision of specifically turf management programs of works related to renovation, construction, change of season, turf health and associated ancillary services to Sutherland Shire Council’s (‘the Council’s’) nominated assets such as sporting fields and other turf assets such as parks and reserves to a standard acceptable to Council. The scope of work comprises a range of turf improvement works and associated activities on our turf assets located in the Sutherland Shire. Most of the work relates to turf sporting field improvements under our annual oval renovation programs
