Turf Management & Ancillary Services

⁠⁠⁠Overview

Sutherland Shire Council is inviting submissions from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for the delivery of turf management and ancillary services across the Council's sporting fields and other turf assets, including parks and reserves.

Scope

The scope covers the provision of turf management programs of works related to renovation, construction, change of season, turf health, and associated ancillary services to Council's nominated assets, most of which relates to turf sporting field improvements under Council's annual oval renovation programs. Contractors may submit for one, multiple, or all of the following Works Maintenance Programs, with contracts awarded per program at Council's discretion:

• Spring Renovation Program
• Turf Health and Nutrition Program
• Seasonal Changeover Program
• Sport Field Mowing Program

Contractor Requirements

• Contractors must be suitably qualified and experienced in the delivery of turf management works and associated ancillary services

Instructions to Tenderers

Contracts will be awarded per Works Maintenance Program at Council's discretion, and contractors may submit for one, multiple, or all of the listed programs. Council may also, at its sole discretion, establish a panel arrangement for additional works outside the scope of the listed programs, where such an arrangement is considered beneficial to support operational needs or future project requirements.
