Partial Roof Replacement - NM TAFE Perth Campus

⁠⁠⁠Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Housing and Works (DHW) and Department of Training and Workforce Development (DTWD) are seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake stage 2 partial roof replacement works at North Metropolitan TAFE Perth Campus B6.

The Work includes but is not limited to the refurbishment of existing dome skylight, replacement roof sheeting, and upgrading flashings and cappings. Scope of work also extends to replacing external seals to glazed south light windows. Contractors will need to undertake the works during the end of 2026 year NMT break period.

Site Visit

A site visit will be held at 25 Aberdeen Street, Perth on 15 Apr, 2026 11:00 AM.

A mandatory site briefing will be held at North Metropolitan TAFE Perth Campus Building 1 Facilities Office. The location of the briefing will be 25 Aberdeen St, Perth WA 6000. See the image included within the attached RFT document for the exact congregation point.
