Service and Maintenance of Motorised and Chain Operated Roller Doors and Shutters

⁠⁠⁠Service works include, however are not limited to the following:

•  Scheduled servicing and maintenance activities
•  Repairs arising from scheduled servicing
•  Other services relevant to the category

The Contractor will be required to provide the following:

Preventative Maintenance Program

•  Implement a preventative maintenance program in accordance with manufacturers recommendations and recognised industry best practice
•  The program is to provide details of all schedule services and activities that the Contractor will undertake for the full term of the Contract.

Maintenance Logs and Maintenance

•  Maintain accurate maintenance logs for all services and preventative maintenance activities carried out at each site.
•  Provide a written report after each service that includes:
•  A condition summary of all units inspected
•  Any issues, defects, or faults identified during the preventative maintenance process
•  Recommendations for corrective actions
•  Estimated costs associated with any recommended works

Tenderers are required to provide a sample program identifying the works that will be undertaken as part of the scheduled servicing and maintenance along with the associated costs.
