Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Mansfield Shire Council is seeking to engage the services of an experienced and qualified contractor to undertake the construction of a gravel carpark in accordance with the approved concept design at Withers Lane to accommodate vehicles towing horse caravans and general public use.

The proposed facility will formalise parking at the site by providing long vehicle spaces suitable for horse caravans, standard car parking bays, accessible parking, and associated infrastructure including horse holding pens, timber pole fencing, and connecting footpaths.
