Robinvale District Health Services (RDHS) (the Principal) invites tenders from suitably qualified and experienced service providers for the provision of Strategic Plan Development Services in accordance with this Request for Tender (RFT).
RDHS is a public sector rural multipurpose service health service with statutory governance obligations to set strategic direction, oversee organisational performance and ensure effective stewardship of public resources.
This Request for Tender (RFT) is conducted in accordance with the RDHS Procurement Policy, associated procedures, and applicable Victorian Government procurement frameworks. The procurement process will be undertaken in a manner which ensures probity, transparency, accountability and value for money, consistent with RDHS governance and statutory obligations.
The objective of this engagement is to support the Board and Executive of Robinvale District Health Services (RDHS) to develop a contemporary, governance led Strategic Plan that:
- Sets clear organisational direction and priorities
- Supports the Board in meeting its fiduciary, oversight and stewardship responsibilities
- Aligns with statutory, funding and policy obligations of public sector health services
- Integrates with service planning, workforce planning, risk management and performance monitoring
- Supports the long-term sustainability of RDHS as a rural health service.
