Mechanical Services Infrastructure Upgrade - Questacon National Science and Technology Centre

⁠⁠⁠Questacon is seeking work to ensure its mechanical services and associated life safety systems create a safe, comfortable and functional indoor environment that is compliant and will work to preserve life in an emergency.

Questacon requires the replacement of three (3) mechanical services switchboards and associated field wiring and infrastructure.

Minimum Content and Format Requirements

For a Potential Supplier’s Response to be eligible for consideration the Potential Supplier’s Response must:

• Be written in plain English.

• Be substantially free of spelling and grammatical errors.

The Customer will exclude from participation any Potential Supplier that does not demonstrate compliance with:

• Attendance at Questacon through a site visit arranged using the details specified in the Site Inspection field of the Request for Offer.
• Respondents are required to provide a summary of insurance held or proposed to be held (if successful) including but not limited to:
• workers’ compensation as required by law
• public liability insurance to a value of $20 million per event
• professional indemnity insurance to a value of $10 million per event and
• works insurance to an amount commensurate for their organisation
