Tender Description
The Department of Transport and Major Infrastructure (DTMI) - Office of Major Infrastructure Delivery (OMID) is seeking offers for a single stage Construct Only contract for Fitout Works to an existing Grandstand facility at the WA Cricket Association (WACA) Grounds, which will be delivered on behalf of the Department of Creative Industries, Tourism and Sport (CITS).
The proposed works are required to be delivered within the following anticipated key dates:
- Release of Request for Tender - March 2026
- Contract Award - May 2026
- Project Completion - November 2026
Site Visit
A site visit will be held at WACA Grounds, Perth on 8 Apr, 2026 2:00 PM.
