Interim Training Facility - Transportables

⁠⁠⁠The Department of Transport and Major Infrastructure (DTMI) - Office of Major Infrastructure Delivery (OMID) is seeking offers for a single stage Construct Only contract for transportable buildings and associated minor works (Transportables) to be located on existing playing fields in Perth WA (Waterbank), which will be delivered on behalf of the Department of Creative Industries, Tourism and Sport (CITS). 

The proposed works are required to be delivered within the following anticipated key dates:

• Release of Request for Tender - March 2026
• Contract Award - May 2026
• Project Completion - September 2026

Site Visit 

A site visit will be held at Waterbank Grounds, Perth on 8 Apr, 2026 11:00 AM.
