Tender Description
The Service Provider is engaged to deliver comprehensive taxation services and advisory support, including but not limited to:
i. Goods & Services Tax (GST) and Business Activity Statements (BAS)
ii. Fringe Benefits Tax (FBT)
iii. Payroll Tax (PRT)
iv. Taxable Payments Annual Report (TPAR) and all related requirements to all applicable NSW Government agencies during the term of the Agreement.
Most NSW Government agencies will be migrated to myWorkZone progressively for their shared services, commencing from 1 July 2026. The known exceptions at this stage are very large agencies. The Service Provider must progress with this migration from the date of commencement of this Agreement.
As most current agencies will change in their structure and composition for shared services, under this procurement DCS is seeking rates for services where possible to accommodate changing needs.
