Covered Area Refurbishment - Mullaloo Beach Primary School

⁠⁠⁠Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Housing and Works (DHW) and Department of Education are seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake Cover Area Refurbishment Works at Beach Primary School – 59 W View Blvd, Mullaloo WA 6027.

The Work includes but is not limited to Cover Area Refurbishment Works as detailed in PROMSA26049 - Annexure 1 – Scope, Specifications and Drawing.

Site Visit

A site visit will be held at 59 W View Blvd,, Mullaloo on 2 Apr, 2026 12:00 PM.

A non-mandatory site briefing will be held at Mullaloo Beach Primary School. The location of the briefing will be 59 W View Blvd, Mullaloo Western Australia 6027.
