This Tender is invited by the Issuer.

⁠⁠⁠The National Museum of Australia requires a reporting dashboard to provide management with regular reports based on employee information within Aurion.

The NMA maintains a monthly HR dashboard sourced from Aurion (HRIMS) payroll data. The current dashboard (see “HR_Dashboard – Example.pdf”) provides whole‑of‑agency workforce profile and trends and will serve as the baseline for the sought modernisation and automation.

We are looking to automate through power BI (or similar)

Modernise current dashboard, with ability to have divisional dashboards (six divisions) with scoped employee‑specific insights.
