Junortoun Flood Study

⁠⁠⁠North Central Catchment Management Authority (NCCMA) is seeking proposals from suitably qualified agencies, organisations or individuals to deliver a detailed flood study for Junortoun.

The project will involve modelling and analysis to define existing flood behaviour in the study area and the identification and evaluation of measures to mitigate and manage flood risk. It will include recommendations for flood planning overlays, reviewing the performance of existing works, investigating potential mitigation works, and updating emergency management plans.

This project presents an opportunity to calibrate/validate to flood events that occurred in October 2022, December 2023 and January 2024 flood event.

The question period relevant to this brief will commence on 26 March 2026 and end on Tuesday 14th April 2026.
