Dimboola Swimming Pool Upgrade

⁠⁠⁠The purpose of this tender is to allow Hindmarsh Shire Council to appoint a suitably qualified Contractor to undertake proposed works at the Dimboola Swimming Pool including:

• Preliminaries (including any permits that may be required)
• Site Establishment and Demolition
• All Ability Access Ramp to 50m Pool
• Pool Hydraulics and Fittings
• 50m Pool Wet Deck conversion and repairs - concrete
• Balance Tank and Hydraulics
• Stormwater, Concourses and Pavements
• Plant Room and Plant Yard

Contractors submitting a tender should consider visiting the site to familiarise themselves with the existing conditions. Requests to visit the site may be arranged via a question through Council’s etender portal.
